Position Goals:Effectively carry out the Relationship Management process by growing market share, broadening revenue mix, retaining customers and managing portfolios.Direct Management Received:Under the general direction of the Market President or Manager, Commercial BankingDirect Management Exercised:Functional guidance to the Relationship Manager I and Associate Relationship ManagerEssential Duties and

1.Implement an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to develop new and existing relationship, involves: a. Identify and develop prospects into significant new relationship with yearly goals for income production. b. Aggressive sales call plan which aligns with the established goals. c. Cross sell opportunities. d. Ensure bank reporting tool is utilized for reporting progress.2.Provide exceptional customer service. Be responsive, knowledgeable and exceed customer expectations.3.Continually monitor current loans and customer's credit profile to ensure complete conformity with terms, involves: a. Ensure current credit and financial information is obtained as needed and/or that collateral is adequate. b. Review financials with customers and provide advice as necessary. c. Direct accountability for loss prevention. Determine necessary action to be taken on all loans, includes resolving marginal and delinquent loans. d. Remain cognizant of developing trends.4.Extend credit within assigned limits to commercial customers, includes: a. Interview applicants and obtain information concerning their business needs, abilities and earnings, and assess credit risk. b.     VIEW JOBS 10/31/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-29T00:00 The Store Manager is responsible for the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) financial performance of the store. This includes merchandise sales, credit and other miscellaneous revenues, expense management, and achievement of planned cost recovery goals. The primary focus of this role is to be accountable for customer satisfaction, Associate morale and the reverse flow of Home Delivery inventory from the Direct Delivery, Contract Sales, Retail Stores through the receipt of merchandise from the Outlet Redistribution Center and Vendor Direct Merchandise Receipts. The Store Manager II ensures that corporate programs and policies are executed in a way that maximizes store cost recovery, through superior customer service and both Associate and asset productivity. The candidate of choice will ensure that Outlet Store presentation standards are maintained at the highest possible level and act as a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices. * Leads the store to ensure achievement of business goals in revenue, expense reduction, cost recovery, customer satisfaction, inventory shrinkage and Associate morale * Selects, coaches, and develops strong and effective management and Supervisor/Lead Associates; develops a diverse, high performance team; sets and manages high standards, which include taking decisive action with underperformers; and focuses on positioning high performers for growth opportunities within Sears * Holds store team members accountable for their individual contributions based on their roles and responsibilities * Manages the customer experience within the stores * Acts as the Customer Solutions Champion (CSC) * Adheres to operational and selling processes (i.e., Shipping, Receiving, Pricing, Acct. 112, Deluxing, and Testing) and ensures performance standards are met * Manages all Human Resources (HR) transactional processes including staffing and training; assists in action plans to improve performance * Ensures consistency of operational processes within the store. Accountable for maximizing Protection Agreements, credit and other miscellaneous income opportunities within the store * Monitors and reacts to profitable revenue opportunities and aggressively support Vendor liquidation opportunities to improve gross margin and cost recovery * Represents the Outlet Store Organization to all Sears partners within the local market * Understands and communicates to District and Home Office Staff, ideas or activities that would lead to cost recovery improvements * Ensures that the store operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Company ethics policies * Provides a safe working environment for both Associates and customers * Partners with Product Service on merchandise repair issues * Manages merchandise receipts, repair, and the shipping process through the Outlet Redistribution Center (ORC) Sears Hometown & Outlet Darien IL
