Relationship Manager, Equity Fund Services

The Relationship Manager role will be responsible for new business development, portfolio management and underwriting to support the needs of the group. This role will focus on private equity firms from $30MM to over $35BN in assets over management in the U.S. and Canada.

Position Competencies

Position Responsibilities:

• Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new business relationships.

• Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodic review of existing loan arrangements.

• Negotiate proper loan structures, selling the Bank's credit and non-credit products.

• Accept special projects in support of the team and community involvement.

• Maintain knowledge of corporate banking, credit and non-credit products, trust, real estate, treasury management and other bank functions.

• Maintain knowledge of accounting and financial principles, marketing and sales principles, credit analysis, economics and other bank functions.

Travel

Travel is required of this position at least 10% of the time.

Position Qualifications

Vice President, Relationship Manager III, Equity Fund Services

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

• Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program

• 5 years of commercial lending experience

• 3 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients

• 3 years of financial sales experience

Vice President, Relationship Manager IV, Equity Fund Services

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

• Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program

• 7 years of commercial lending experience

• 5 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients

• 3 years of financial sales experience

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days

Hours: 8:00am

• 5:00pm Monday

Salary:

For candidates hired in the state of California, Colorado, Washington, New York the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently:

• California - $110,000- $275,000 Annually
