Relationship Manager

As a member of our Cetera Financial Specialists sales team, you will make a difference and leave a lasting impact on the industry. We are currently seeking to add a Relationship Manager to our growing team. This position will cover our Midwest region of Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

What you will do:

• Execute and personalize CFG strategies for Advisors within scope of responsibility, leveraging key business intelligence to inform approach

• Ensure Advisors are leveraging Cetera value proposition to drive customer engagement and grow their business organically

• Act as liaison to corporate centers representing voice of the customer to help drive high value changes in the broader organization, traveling within their region as necessary

• Surface "VOC" content for our conference and training engagements

• Own key communications with advisor, business/owner growth strategy and individual strategic plan development

• Influence product and training development

• Support core revenue in reduction of GDC attrition and SS Sales growth

What you will have:

• 5+ years of Sales experience in the financial services industry

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce

• Proven track record of success in relationship building with financial advisors

• Ability to work independently, from a home office

• Series 7

Compensation:

The base annual salary range for this role is $112,000 plus a competitive incentive compensation. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
