General Summary of Position:

The Relationship Development Manager role is a quota carrying position with revenue and commission emphasis on upselling data products to our existing client base exclusively. The RDM will be aligned by industry and responsible for strategic account development as well as ongoing communication with existing clients. The RDM is tasked with gaining executive level alignment, understanding the executive level goals and challenges in the short term and the long term. A strategic initiative by a customer, to move to VoIP or adjust the WAN strategy does not happen without a Granite RDM knowing about it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will be working alongside an Client Services Manager to coordinate the building and delivery of quarterly reviews and annual reviews & in addition they will work alongside an SE for Wan, VoIP, Managed Services

  • Travel is required

  • RDM will need to attend all required training sessions initially and ongoing

  • Must know how to position and sell all of Granite products; be a SME.

  • 100% enthusiastic adoption of SF. Roadmap buildout for assigned accounts, contacts, diagrams, quotes, notes all go in SF.

  • Responsible for and limited to assigned accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Must be educated in and also be able to practice a solution selling process

  • SME on all Granite products.

  • Industry SME.

Commercial Real Estate, Relationship Manager V Summary: This position is for a senior business development banker reporting to the NYC Market Manager, focused on developing and servicing relationships with real estate clients in the Commercial Real Estate office in New York, NY. This role as a Relationship Manager (RM), requires preparing customer proposals, analyzing financials, completing pre-screen deal memos, managing prospecting databases and servicing customer relationships. The banker will also assist the manager with data research, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities: * The Senior Relationship Manager (RM) is directly responsible for sourcing and managing new and current CRE clients. * Responsible for preparation of internal and external customer presentations, term sheets, as well as managing pipeline activity * Complete pre-screen deal memos. Includes an analysis of the industry, real estate property, company/ individual financial conditions, application of bank's models for the evaluation of an opportunities viability and profitability. * Responsible for a portfolio of clients, both lending and depository products. * Lead the deal approval, underwriting, and closing processes to manage clients' expectations and internal partners * Commanding knowledge of products, deal structures, market trends, and client interaction * Partner with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Risk, Commercial Client Service, and Support and Treasury Management to provide an exemplary customer experience * Mine internal and external databases to keep the data current, and to identify and prioritize corporate prospects and their key decision-makers * Conduct cold calls across a prospect database to develop "leads" * Participate in business development networking activities as a member of the CRE Banking team.
