We're looking for the next generation of Relationship Bankers - those with a passion for growing a long-term career, building relationships and working with a team of client professionals in one of over 4,000 locations nationwide. The Relationship Banker role is meant for those looking to make a real impact and build a career in financial services. As a Relationship Banker, you'll introduce clients to the various high-tech and high-touch choices they have to do their banking in ways that are most convenient for them.

  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.

  • Six months of cash handling experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Must be able to travel and work at other branches as business needs dictate, sometimes on short notice. 6. Must be able to travel to different locations to attend training classes. 7. Must be able to perform the following functions: * Continuous standing or sitting for up to 8 hours per day. * Reach across teller station counter to comfortably count out/hand cash to members. * Intermittent bending, squatting and walking. * Lifting up to 25 pounds. 8. Must at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Provide accurate, prompt and professional member service while promoting credit union services. Provide accurate, prompt, courteous and efficient service to credit union members. 2. Maintain satisfactory performance record; including balancing, attendance, and sales referrals. 3. Performance of daily duties in compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines. 4. Inform members about additional credit union products and services. 5. Must achieve assigned individual sales goals and actively participate in all branch efforts to meet or exceed assigned production goals. 6. Maintain security of all cash, deposited items, and negotiable instruments. 7. Answer the telephone in accordance with established phone answering sequence, using established greeting and adhering to service quality script. 8. Must be able to travel to other locations on short notice to fill-in where needed or as staffing needs dictate. 9. Must ensure that all inter-action with members and co-workers is polite, professional, and respectful at all times. 10. Successful completion of FSA and FSA I required training courses per the Career Path Program or as specified by SVP/RVP. 11. Additional duties as assigned.
