Reinvest Returnship Program

At AB, we understand that career paths don't always follow a straight line - we cherish the unique perspectives a break can provide. We applaud you for taking steps to ReInvest in yourself…we can't wait to help you succeed in this program.

We are looking for qualified, motivated experienced professionals who have taken a break to invest in their families and loved ones and are now looking to ReInvest in their career. Our ReInvest Program is a 6 month paid program, beginning September and ending March. Opportunities are available across a number of business units.

What You Will Do:

• Spend 6 months in a paid returnship program with a cohort of your peers

• Take on meaningful project work based on your expertise and experience

• Participate in development workshops and training sessions designed to support your career re-entry

• Have regular check-ins with a mentor who can advise and guide you

What We Are Looking For:

• You have been taken a career break for one year or more and are interested in getting back to full-time work

• You have had a minimum 3 to 5 years professional work experience prior to your career break, at Associate-VP level

• You are a person of integrity, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
