Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesResearch, analyze and reconcile reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure optimal reimbursement from public/private payers. * Perform error analysis for disputed/denied claims and provide recommendations for process improvements. Assist with third party audits when necessary. * Investigate, evaluate, recommend and implement fee updates and new fees. * Act as a resource for information on public/private payer assistance and guidelines. Research reimbursement issues as necessary. * Train and coach staff regarding proper coding and reimbursement policies and procedures.RequirementsEducation: * High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.*
