Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Rehabilitation Specialists to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Rehabilitation Specialist ensures quality support to adults with mental illness by providing assistance and education in personal care, financial management, recreational activities and daily living.

$500 Sign on bonus eligible per incentive guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Able to read, interpret and apply policies, plans and regulations

  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to learn other software as needed

  • Valid driver's license

  • Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location

  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Reporting to the Budget & Resource Management Lead and coordinating efforts with the Global Product Line BRM Lead, the Budget & Resource Management Specialists lead all aspects of and coordinate project planning and project requirements with primary focus on resources and budget. The BRM Specialist is accountable for execution of continuous product planning including 3-4 budget updates. Through each phase of budget and forecast, the BRM Specialist, the Platform core teams, and engineering team leaders evaluate project needs and resources versus project results. BRM Specialists call out risks and identify corrective actions when budget and project timing and scope are not aligned, and delivery or program is impacted. Under the mentorship of the GPL BRM Lead, the BRM Specialists coordinate with each Platform Line. BRM Specialists provides subject matter expertise, process oversight, and training for local site Product Development teams. They work with FP&A group to launch new features for the planning tool (ProMIS), drive continuous improvement, and promote awareness of tools and features. They hold responsibility to set up user profiles and update program attributes in PROMIS. Responsibilities * Site lead for Massive Upload, Andromeda Add-in, Timesheet, PERF/SOW process -Including recurring and ad hoc training as needed * North America contact for ProMIS admin support and FP&A interface * Meet regularly and coordinate with Global Product Line Lead to receive budget related guidance and budget planning deadlines, this includes variance reporting and ad-hoc. * Coordinate cross functional development of Platform or Product Development team budget definition focusing on project planning (Resources and Budgetary) * Coordinate with Product Line, Platform Managers, Work Task Managers and Technical Teams to develop and input long term planning & requirements * Lead ongoing spending and project progress with Program and Current Product Managers through monthly spending and progress reports / dashboard * Challenge & coach organizations to achieve improved reliability of spend calendarization utilizing analysis of historical spending rates and knowledge of future activity * Identify barriers and constraints to execute long term spending plan including comparison to current & future capacity, workforce, outsourcing ratio or proposal for long term staffing needs * Directly or indirectly ensure macro level adjustments are made monthly for improved rolling plan accuracy. * Provided Capital Investment support as needed, collaborating with finance controller * Support and coordinate milestone scheduling into the global tool * Lead and coordinate periodical platform meetings or project reviews Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field * 3+ years of professional work experience EEO US applicants: CNH Industrial is an equal opportunity employer.
