Position: Rehabilitation Aide

Location:Arlington, VA

Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem

Schedule: Weekdays (TBD)Compensation: Starting at $12/hour (Pending Experience)

Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a Rehabilitation Aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
