Rehab Tech Per Diem Days

Position Summary

The Rehabilitation Tech is responsible for assisting the PT, OT and ST in preparing supplies and equipment for therapeutic use and in carrying out specific routine aspects of operations. The tech is also responsible for maintaining supplies, equipment and clinic areas in a clean, organized manner.

Duties include patient care, as well as clerical duties. Clerical duties include scheduling outpatient appointments, answering phones, completing billing, verifying billing accuracy and filing.

QUALIFICATION

Education

Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Health care related education (i.e. athletic training, exercise physiology)

Other Qualifications: Current American Heart Association BLS card
