TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Rehabilitation Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience: Minimum 2 years with previous travel experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, Telemetry Must-Have: Medical-surgical experience Job Description:

• Work on an inpatient rehabilitation unit, focusing on neuro stroke, brain injury, orthopedic hip fractures, post-CABG, sepsis, amputations, and general debility.

• Engage in patient care with a 1 RN to 5-6 patients ratio.

• Operate and manage equipment such as IVs, PEG tube feedings, and patient lifts.

• Use Epic electronic medical records system for documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with 1-2 other nurses per shift, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

• May float to medical-surgical units if not needed on the primary unit.

• Maintain dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.

• Work every third weekend with no call requirements.
