• Help clients adapt to an altered lifestyle, providing a therapeutic environment for both clients and their families.

• Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care.

• Promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health in patients.

• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings across a range of acute to subacute rehabilitation facilities.
