Your work profile
As an Associate Director in our Forensic & Disputes team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll:
Supervise multiple ongoing engagements such as forensic investigations, fraud risk management and anti-bribery and corruption consulting.
Understand client requirements in order to plan the scope of work for each engagement, decide on an efficient approach to conduct the engagement and identify appropriate team members and resources required to successfully execute the engagement.
Guide engagement teams in evaluating fraud risk faced by clients in a particular industry and the impact of those risks on an organization
Review work performed by team members through the course of the engagement and evaluate their observations and findings
Lead team and client meetings in order to achieve the objectives of the engagement.
Interact with clients and other external sources to obtain relevant information and present engagement updates and reports
Review client deliverables and ensure the highest quality in service delivery.
Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities for engagements.
Desired qualifications
CA qualified or equivalent qualification/experience
Should have relevant prior experience in Statutory Audit / Internal Audit. Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantage
Good understanding of business processes and controls
Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skills
Excellent academic track record
Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data
Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

Location and way of working
Base location: Mumbai / Gurugram / Bengaluru
This profile involves occasional travelling to client location
