Job Summary The Regulatory Outcomes Analyst is responsible primarily for reviewing and maintaining documentation, data, including charts and databases to identify operational and regulatory opportunities for improvement. The Regulatory Outcomes Analyst monitors federal, state, and JCAHO regulatory agency requirements as they relate to environment of care and life safety.

The Regulatory Outcomes Analyst assists hospital staff, senior leadership with functions requiring documentation and data analysis. Description Minimum Required # Experience 5 years in a health care setting # Education Bachelor#s Degree # Special Skills Knowledge of regulatory agency standards (Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation, Louisiana Administrative Code, OSHA). Knowledge of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights Final Rule Section 1557, Non-Discrimination and Accessibility Act. Computer and statistical knowledge required.
