NantHealth, Inc is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide operational compliance support for our Personalized Evidence-based Medicine Library, Eviti Connect.

The Basics

  • Accountable for the preparation and operational support of compliance for NantHealth as required by laws, regulations, accreditations, and customer contracts

  • Assists in scheduled and unannounced surveys by customers, accreditation bodies, and regulatory agencies

  • Assists in evaluation of regulatory compliance and operations from a process perspective across departments and/or multiple service areas

  • Facilitates and uses change principles to accomplish regulatory compliance and continuous survey readiness

  • Advises on matters regarding regulatory requirements in the development and implementation of organization plans or activities

  • Serves as a liaison with external agencies and accreditation bodies as needed (CMS, OCR, URAC, etc.)

  • Assists in organizational planning for integration of compliance requirements into daily work activities

  • Manages staff dynamics to facilitate effective discussions and participation in compliance activities

  • Oversees activities necessary to meet initial and ongoing accreditation and licensing requirements. Includes preparation of policies, procedures, and plans as needed

  • Assists departments in coordination efforts of policies and procedures, forms, and performance improvement

  • Tracks new legislation and facilitates discussion and implementation of compliance activities

  • All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree required, in healthcare field preferred

  • 5 + years in healthcare regulatory compliance

  • Ability to travel to multiple NantHealth sites, as needed

  • Broad based knowledge of complex systems and systems change with demonstrated success in tactical and analytical thinking

  • Current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements

In addition, ACR CRI conducts research in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, and other body systems and also has led validation efforts for advancing new software and Artificial Intelligence algorithms. Based on these strategic objectives, ACR is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to be responsible for performing diverse responsibilities requiring sound judgment, problem solving skills and a working knowledge of all study-specific synopses, protocols, TMFs, CRFs, IRB submissions and other regulatory documents, including but not limited to IND submissions, NDA submissions, Annual Reports, etc. Principal duties include: * Collaborates with internal and external partners to lead the preparation, review, and collection of documentation for regulatory submissions; * Review and provide input to protocols, reports, regulatory applications and documents; * Review ethics submissions to ensure adherence to GCP; * Prepare submissions to support development of project plans and timelines for IND, NDA, MAA, and related submissions, as well as amendments and supplements to these applications and responses to regulatory agency requests; * Develop and implement sound national and international regulatory strategies; * Prepares internal and external regulatory reports; * Plan, coordinate, and prepare for meetings and teleconferences with regulatory agencies; * Oversee the regulatory collaboration with partnering organizations and coordinate submissions to meet regulatory requirements. Qualified candidates will possess the following: * 5+ years of related experience required; * Bachelors in clinical science or related discipline preferred; * Demonstrated expertise maintaining regulatory compliance in a clinical research environment; * Maintains a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in performance of job duties.
