Responsible for ensuring property compliance with the Company's Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Programs to include, but not limited to, designing and implementing programs to evaluate the property's compliance with internal controls, communicating with Corporate Compliance Operations, and interacting with property department on Compliance Program components.




  • Safeguard property assets

  • May compile and/or review CTRs and SARs when necessary

  • Gathers all source documents related to Cash Transaction Reports for compliance with Title 31, and routes to Consolidated AML Team

  • Design and implement effective work programs to evaluate the property's compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Interprets the regulations and rules in the Bank Secrecy Act, and applies said rules to investigations and audits.

  • Ensure that the required Finance regulatory submissions are completed and filed in a timely fashion

  • Establish & maintain the necessary internal control requirements in compliance with Division regulations and company policies

  • Ensure compliance with Internal Audit and Division directives and regulations

  • Make recommendations to the Director of Finance to improve effectiveness of control environment

  • Act as liaison between property and regulatory agencies

  • Perform related duties as assigned

  • Conduct self always in a manner that reflects credit on property and encourages others to do the same

  • Perform follow-up self-audits on previously noted deficiencies

  • Maintain a library of self-audits to include but not limited to Responsible Gaming and state exclusions

  • Assist in the creation and editing of Internal Controls

  • Perform investigations as needed for player subpoenas

  • Monitor Anti-Money Laundering training of new hires and applicable annual, semi-annual or quarterly Compliance training

  • Maintain compliance with all deadlines, both internal and external

  • Hold quarterly meetings with executives to report on Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance items

  • Acts as liaison between property and all external, internal and regulatory auditors


  • Bachelors or Associate Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience


  • Knowledge of casino operations and regulation and Finance experience preferred

  • Must be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Read, write, speak, and understand English

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Must be able to obtain required licensing in applicable jurisdictions

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
