We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle duties for the Regulatory Affairs group at our newly renovated R&D location in West Chicago. This position will work 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The ability to multi-task and perform administrative support is essential to the position. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, highly organized, and a good problem-solver and team member. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional administrative support, organizational, and relationship skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who has an interest in law and regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

The duties for this position include but are not limited to providing administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team, supporting the team in processing of regulatory documentation, conducting initial customer due diligence, and generating reports. Due to the nature of this position, a high level of maturity, professionalism, tact and administrative skills is expected.

  • Organize and coordinate incoming Regulatory requests Liaison with customers or internal personnel on behalf of regulatory affairs to secure additional information as needed Prepare reports and presentations on an as-needed basis

  • The Regulatory Administrative Assistant must be able to perform diversified and complex clerical duties

  • High school diploma, some college preferred. Computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

    Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to type accurately Customer Service skills Versatile Highly organized is a must! Good problem solver and team member
