If so, consider joining our team as a Full-Time Registration Supervisor at our Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Plan, organize and implement the referral intake/inquiry process for SSRH.
Collects information from incoming patients regarding services needed, insurance available, or financial status.
Assist in planning for discharge and aftercare for patients, when requested.
Maintain contact with referring agencies and community resources to establish and maintain referral sources.
May assist in completion of admissions or insurance forms.
Contacts insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain authorization for service.
Key qualifications to be considered for this include:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social services or related field and/or graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred
2-4 years of experience in the field or related area; 3 years of behavioral health experience preferred
Current American Hearth Association BLS or receipt within 90 days from hire date
