Registration Supervisor, Full Time

If so, consider joining our team as a Full-Time Registration Supervisor at our Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Plan, organize and implement the referral intake/inquiry process for SSRH.

• Collects information from incoming patients regarding services needed, insurance available, or financial status.

• Assist in planning for discharge and aftercare for patients, when requested.

• Maintain contact with referring agencies and community resources to establish and maintain referral sources.

• May assist in completion of admissions or insurance forms.

• Contacts insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain authorization for service.

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social services or related field and/or graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred

• 2-4 years of experience in the field or related area; 3 years of behavioral health experience preferred

• Current American Hearth Association BLS or receipt within 90 days from hire date
