Responsibilities and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: One year of office experience, perferably in a medical office environment

  • Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English Above average computer skills Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to work well with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines

  • Preferred Education: Prefer associates degree

  • Preferred Experience: Prefer minimum of one year of experience in medical office with customer contact

  • Preferred Other: Epic knowledge a plus Additional languages a plus
