We are seeking a Registration Coordinator to join our growing company! The Registration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of registration site creation and onsite logistics for assigned events produced by the Portland office. The coordinator will work closely with outside vendors, staffing agencies, as well as in-house departments to coordinate all registration-related matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creation, quality assurance, and ongoing testing of multiple online event registration pages

  • Strategize with event teams and vendors to achieve registration goals

  • Troubleshoot registration related issues

  • Provide registration assistance to both internal and external customers

  • Build custom registration reports

  • Work with Registration Manager to manage registration budget projections including processing vendor invoices

  • Create registration layouts and staging guide document that provides all onsite signage, internet, electrical & furnishing requirements to Operations Manager

  • Research & contract with area staffing agencies

  • Coordinate temporary staffing needs for internal departments and finalizes schedule with the contracted staffing agency

  • Travel to events to manage on-site registration process and on-site temporary staffing for multiple events

If you are a motivated, self-starting, detail-oriented, innovative thinker with competencies in web-based software environments (i.e. Salesforce, Magnet Mail, Jira, Work Front, Google Docs, registration software, etc.) and can balance that qualification with delivering excellent customer service in a demanding, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! Event management experience and/or foreign language skills are a PLUS. Travel is required (3-6+ weeks/year) and may include international travel.

Previous experience in sales, interpersonal skills, and travel industry experience are critical to the success in this position.
