Employment Terms: This job is a temporary, non-benefited, FLSA non-exempt position in the Student Affairs Division that reports to the Records Coordinator.
Schedule: May work up to 19 hours per week maximum depending on business needs and budget. Tuesday- Thursday, 10:am - 2:00pm and Fridays, 9:00am- 4:00pm.
Salary: Targeted salary is commensurate with education and experience not to exceed the budgeted amount of $16.64 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code T6002):
High school diploma or GED and one (1) year related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of BANNER student information software.
Job Description Summary:
Under close to general supervision answers phone, responds to voicemail and email messages as needed. Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Processes transcripts, registration, withdrawals and other documents. Assists registration activities. Performs secretarial/clerical duties.

4.Assists in operating the Qless student queue system to ensure students are served in a timely manner

5.Assists in overseeing RoboRegistrar to ensure proper delivery of requested transcripts

6.Assists in maintaining student records by scanning/indexing documents to the computerized student information system
