Registrar At Randolph Union Middle High School

Randolph Union Middle High School is located in the heart of Vermont and serves the communities of Braintree, Brookfield, and Randolph, VT as well as many other communities that have school choice and choose RU as their middle high school. Our communities all have their own unique characteristics which makes our school, a place where this uniqueness converges, a special school community to be a part of.

We are seeking a Student Services Registrar to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a strong belief that every student can succeed as well as strong technology skills, and ability to work with data. In addition a successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

Welcome and register students and families into our school community
Work with our learning management system (PowerTeacher Pro) and school information systems (PowerSchool)
Demonstrate a strong facilitation skill set that includes effective communication and collaboration with RU faculty related to the learning management system
Prepare and distribute correspondence, report cards, transcripts and school course catalog
Fulfill state data reporting requirements
Assist in managing the building of the master schedule
Help the student services office run effectively by managing things like purchase orders
Schedule college visits and work with the Student Services team to plan trips to campuses
Work with Central Vermont Adult Basic Education
