We provide closely supervised hospitalization during operational hours. We're seeking a Veterinary Technician who embodies leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring. This role is crucial in guiding our LVT team, fostering their growth, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in providing exemplary medical care to our patients.
• Conduct routine and critical procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws, wound care, and medication administration.
• Monitor and care for animals during surgical procedures and throughout their recovery.
• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment, including taking and developing X-rays.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of patient care and client service.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and protocols.
