Registered Nurse(Rn) Radiation Therapy Float PRN Plus

Job Description

We are hiring a PRN RN for our Radiation Therapy clinics at our East, Plaza and Liberty locations.

Day shift covering Monday through Friday

PRN requirement to sign up for 3 shifts in a 6 week period

The Work:

• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.

• Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.

• Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.

• Has work commitment that is at minimum 3 shifts within a 6 week period. Must work one weekend shift within 6 weeks and 1 minor holiday.

• Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously in an outpatient setting.

• Excellent customer services skills and professional demeanor highly preferred. T

• his position will cover all Saint Luke's metro locations.
