Position Description/Requirements: Responsibilities include the following:#Telephone triage according to established practice guidelines, patient education, medication refills and#administering injections as necessary. Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license required. Associate#s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor#s degree in Nursing preferred. BSN must be achieved within 5 years of hire.# American Heart Association#CPR Required Excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic). Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.
