RN EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed to practice nursing in the State of Pennsylvania.
Clinical experience working with emotionally challenged children/adolescents preferred.
DEMONSTRATES ABILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CORE AND CLINICAL COMPETENCIES:
Good use of clinical interventions with clients across diverse cultures/backgrounds.
Ability to assess, interpret and effectively document data specifically related to the care of children.
Ability to evaluate strengths as well as illnesses in the diagnostic process.
Ability to administer leadership with nursing and program staff and productively evaluate the mentoring effects.
Ensure notifications are made to internal team members regarding client's medication and dosage changes.
The candidate must pass a Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA Driver's License.
