Job Description Job Description Community Nursing Services , “CNS” is looking for a full-time RN to join their team and work in the greater Salt Lake City area with patients in our geriatric and palliative care census in partnership with the University of Utah. Location: SLC Valley Days Worked: Set days you can pick from Monday

  • Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm or Monday

  • Wednesday, 8am to 8pm or Wednesday

  • Friday, 8am to 8pm. Schedules do not rotate or change from week to week, they are locked in and consistent as to the days and times mentioned above.

    Working with Palliative and Hospice patients Providing and managing care for a caseload of primarily complex clients under the general direction of management Leadership role providing supervision to CNAs Collaborate with the multidisciplinary group and other caregivers to meet specific goals Assure access to other disciplines, as needed Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Utah Current Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent communication skills In-home patient visits Medicine management Comfort care IV skills Full-Time Health Benefits
