You will be responsible and accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of treatment for assigned individuals. You will direct professional and non-professional staff in the provision of health and related services. You will plan and organize work to assure comprehensive nursing services are provided to persons residing in assigned area. You will be responsible for assuring all nursing services within assigned area comply with policies/procedures, rules/regulations/laws, and standards associated with nursing services, which include but are not limited to Standards of Nursing Practice Licensure requirements for Pennsylvania Nursing, Intermediate Care Facilities for the Mentally Retarded standards, and Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs directives associated with the Nursing Services discipline.

1st shift (6:45am-3:15pm)
2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm)

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Employees possessing non-renewable temporary practice permits must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
