Registered Nurse Supervisor/ Licensed Practical Nurse Unit Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our team.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor/LPN Unit Manager at NCG Associates, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a nursing unit and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will supervise and manage a team of nurses and support staff, coordinate resources, develop nursing policies and procedures, evaluate staff performance, mentor nursing staff, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with regulations, and address patient and staff concerns.

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN or LPN
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably as a nurse supervisor or unit manager
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-building abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
