DUTIES OF POSITION
The RN Supervisor will maintain the quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency's objectives and policies through planning, coordination, and implementation and evaluation of the home health. services provided.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will coordinate and schedule the daily work load of each district utilizing Agency personnel to their fullest capacity.
The RN Supervisor will provide daily supervision of district nurses and Home Health Aides to 'ensure the quality of services and maintenance of standards.
The RN Supervisor will review and investigate the clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, fee status and other procedures from the records of patients.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) will be responsible for directing staff toward the appropriate use of community resources.
At least 1 yr of Home Health Nursing (RN) experience
Previous Supervisory Nursing experience is a plus
Primarily a desk job which involves minimal and occasional lifting of medical supplies and charts.
On occasion, one may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move patient weight up to 250 pounds lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.

<b>Duties & Responsibilities: </b><br />
- Make patients comfortable and prepare them for treatment.<br />
- Record, obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient.<br />
- Prepare treatment rooms, tray setups for dental procedures.<br />
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.<br />
- Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations.<br />
- Assist the Dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.<br />
- Expose radiographs, and process dental x-ray film as directed by the Dentist.<br />
- Laboratory duties, such as making temporary crowns and casts of teeth and mouth from impressions.<br />
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.<br />
- Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.<br />
- Comply with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines.<br />
- Perform other duties as assigned.<br />
<b>Qualifications: </b><br />
- Working knowledge of approved Dental Assistant functions.<br />
- At least 2 to 4 years of previous dental experience.<br />
- A current RDA License, an X-Ray license and a CPR license from the state you will be practicing in.<br />
- Strong communication and customer service skills.<br />

<li>Coordinate the daily care of patients admitted to our facility, ensuring that medications are ordered and administered when needed, therapy schedules are followed, and that patient&#39;s dietary needs are met.</li>
<li>Prepare patients scheduled for surgery in accordance to the orders handed down from our surgical team, and then maintain a sterile environment in their rooms in preparation for them to return for recovery.</li>
<li>Enter all information from notes and documentation made throughout the day into a patient&#39;s electronic medical record.<br />
Job Skills &amp; Qualifications<br />
<li>Bachelor&#39;s or Associate&#39;s degree in nursing</li>
<li>Current RN licensed to the current standards of the state</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of infection control and cross contamination prevention guidelines<br />
<li>Minimum 1 year of work experience in a hospital or medical center setting</li>
<li>Previous float pool experience</li>
