Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - Immediate Care Clinic (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Scholls Immediate Care Clinic in Tigard, OR. The scedule is Monday-Tuesday-Friday and Saturday, four ten hour shifts: 7am-7pm.

In this position, you will:

  • Be accountable for the direct and indirect quality care for patients according to the individualized needs of the patient.

  • Follow the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to consistently provide care appropriate to the age of the patient, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

  • Prove competence in analyzing patient data with an understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, and spiritual aspects.

  • Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.

  • Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care area

  • Emergency department or urgent care nursing experience
