The Anna Jaques Hospital Registered Nurse is an active participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients/ families/ significant others, utilizing the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, value and mission behaviors of the of the patient care division.

Registered Nurse - 36 hrs/wk, 7p-7a, every other weekend.

The Emergency Department Nurse is responsible for the care of patients of all ages presenting in our 20 bed Emergency Department. The RN will assess and treat patients' critical injuries, traumas, and other medical emergencies within the RN scope of practice while maintaining emergency room standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one-year recent acute care experience required; Emergency Room experience preferred.

  • MA RN and BCLS required; BSN preferred.

  • ACLS, TNCC, and PALS required within 6 weeks of hire
