Retention Sign-On Bonus Program RN/LPN

Effective 8/23/2022 , it shall be the policy of this center to offer a $3,000 Retention (Sign-On) Bonus to Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) employees who are hired for either full or part-time employment. The bonus will be paid out in 3 installments of $1,000.00: The RN or LPN hits the 216-hour, 432-hour, and 864-hour worked marks.

11-7 Part Time Every other weekend.

Must be able to work every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Must have a BSW or RN license.

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy Registered Nurse (RN) QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State CPR Certification required One Year prior nursing experience preferred
