The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for implementing the nursing process in the care of critically ill patients with complex care needs. The

Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of care and patient teaching. The professional nurse assumes

the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care tasks to other members of the healthcare team.

  • License to practice as a Registered nurse in the state of New Jersey

  • Basic Life Support Preferred

  • Certification in clinical specialty within 5 years of hire date

The RN is accountable for administering, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the nursing process in the provision of care; and will strive to maintain and improve patient outcomes. The RN is responsible for acting as a role model for the mission and patient promise of AdventHealth Zephyrhills.
