Registered Nurse (Rn)-Post Surgical Unit Nights

Requirements: Current/Active RN license Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred BLS and/or ACLS certifications through ARC or AHA 6 to 9 months Med/Surg experience required. About the Job Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care to patients post surgery Common post surgical patients: Mix of Ortho, General and Bariatrics.

Med/Surg overflow if needed Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Santa Rosa Medical Center, located in Milton, Florida, is more than just a healthcare institution; it's a place where your career can truly flourish.
