We are looking for RNs to work in our Physical Rehab unit.

Med/Surg experience highly preferred.

Schedule Options:

• Full time: Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends

• Shift: Day shift (7a-7p) available

TrustPoint is a state-of-the-art hospital that provides rehabilitation services, medical psychiatry, and inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by Tennessee or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements

• One year of nursing experience; previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus

• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
