What is Required?

  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing

  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN

  • 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting

  • Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred

  • Passion for patient care

  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

  • 50% travel

Demonstrates knowledge and adherence to federal and state regulations. Actively participates in the routine checks of all equipment used in the cath lab. Collaborates with the team leader, resource nurse and all other team members in idea sharing, utilization of resources, as well as assists in the cross training of the staff when assigned. Assists the team leader as needed for projects aimed at achieving the hospital mission and incorporating the values of the hospital in day-to-day activities. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current state licensure, ACLS within 18 months of hire and current BLS certification required. CCRN preferred. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of continuous cath lab experience preferred. Previous critical care experience preferred. As part of our nursing team, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our physicians and other caregivers, and play an integral role in setting the standard for excellence in patient care. With low, fixed nurse-to-patient ratios, our nursing team has time to get to know their patients and their families while providing the highest quality, safe, patient-focused care. Patient rooms are fully stocked with all necessary supplies and arranged in a circular, pod layout around each nursing station to streamline patient care and save our nursing team time.
