Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Medical Oncology team in Anchorage, AK. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch patient care and supporting our mission to deliver accessible and compassionate service to all, with a special focus on those who are poor and vulnerable.

Base Pay Range:

The listed base pay range is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additional compensation opportunities include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and potential bonus structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care in a medical oncology setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to advance patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in the area of specialty is highly desirable.
