Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Pediatric CVICU Nights Job Summary The Pediatric CVICU Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing individual goal directed nursing care that promotes advocates for and strives to protect the health safety and rights of the individual family and community The Pedi CVICU RN possesses knowledge of the principles of growth and development and the particular skills necessary to provide optimum patient care to the population for which he or she is employed The RN is accountable for their practice and care coordination The RN is expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence based practices The practice of the Registered Nurse will support the mission vision and values of the hospital and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing Qualifications Education:

BSN required within 24 months of hire Licensure Certification Registration: TX RN licensure or RN Compact State License BLS and PALS certifications Experience

Skills:
2 years of Pediatric CVICU experience Salary: Pay range 28 64 42 95 hr depending on years of experience Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance offered to qualifying candidates

BSN required within 24 months of hire RN license BLS PALS certifications Must have at least 2 years experience working in Pediatric CVICU
