Registered Nurse (Rn) Pacu PRN

Inova Mount Vernon is looking for PRN (as needed) Perianesthia (PACU) Nurse. Successful candidates will be available one to two times per week on average and are required to take two weekend call days every 6 weeks.

Mount Vernon is a community hospital with 8 OR suites that serves the population in robotics, general, orthopedics, spine, plastics, ENT, urology, and gynecology. The OR functions 24/7 with the support of call team on off-shifts and holidays. It is a fast- paced environment that focuses on strong teamwork and patient safety.

Job Requirements: One year of critical care or PACU RN experience is required. 2 or more years of PACU/Critical Care experience preferred. Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.

If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date. RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. ACLS, PALS, BLS healthcare provider certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA). For internal use only: LI-KA1 IND1
