Registered Nurse (Rn) - Outpatient - Conyers/Covington - GA

View Point Health proudly provides outpatient treatment to children, adolescents and adults. At the outpatient centers, we promote overall health and quality of life for individuals, youth and families through evidenced-based therapies and medication management to reduce the impact of mental illness, behavior challenges, and substance use. The Outpatient Nurse provides professional nursing care in an outpatient center for clients being treated for Mental Health &/or substance use disorders. General hours of operation: 8:00am

• 5:00pm, with an option for flexible, extended office hours and/or weekend coverage if needed.

Under general supervision, assesses client health problems and needs. Develops and implements nursing care plans and maintains medical records. Administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients. May advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
