Job Summary and Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role you will provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care to each patient based upon their individual needs. • You must possess In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, including da Vinci Robot (SI), orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery

• You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery

• You will ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment

• You will keep the operating room sterilized

• You will pass medical instruments to the surgeons during operation

• In this role, you will review charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols prior to and after the surgical procedure

• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure continuity of care

What qualifications you will need:

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License

• BLS (American Heart Association BLS Provider or American Red Cross BLS) ACLS (American Heart Association ACLS Provider or American Red Cross ACLS) within 60 days of hire
