The perioperative nurse plans, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates nursing care for patients during operative or other invasive procedures. The perioperative RN collaborate with the surgical team, anesthesia team, and other members of the perioperative setting.
Using clinical knowledge, judgment, and clinical-reasoning skills based on scientific principles, the perioperative nurse plans and implements nursing care to address the physical, psychological, and spiritual responses of the patient having an operative or other invasive procedure. In addition the perioperative nurse maintains safe patient care in a fast paced, technologically complex environment.

Prefer 2 years OR experience.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Position requires a Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
