Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Havertown, PA is currently hiring for a Registered Nurse Supervisor, Night Shift 11p-7a, part time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.

• The RN Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units checking in with staff and residents.

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.

• The RN Supervisor facilitates communication between licensed nurses and providers, responsible parties or outside vendors as needed to ensure resident care needs are appropriately met.

• The RN Supervisor assures complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
