This program provides the New Grad Nurse the following Opportunities: A 8-to-12-week orientation with a Preceptor and Nurse Educator that guides the nurse through important skills of their desired Unit.

They get the chance to hone in on the critical skills any Nurse needs to be successful Once the 8-to-12-week program is completed the nurse will have a two-year commitment to the department in which they were hired.
