Private Duty Nurses provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. We are actively seeking LPNs and RNs for our Pediatric and Adult patients who are chronically ill in a home setting. We will tailor a schedule that revolves around you. LPN Pay Rate - $33/hrRN Pay Rate - $43/hr Job Responsibility Medication/Oxygen/Injection administration without error Provide impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.

Deliver professional nursing services including direct nursing care in the areas of health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living, treatment and prevention of illness. Assessing the patient's condition and charting patient’s care. Participate in staff training and maintain infection control standards.

Patients may need Vent Care, G-Tube Care and/or Tracheostomy Care Job Qualification Current License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse Proof of employment authorization and identity Strong recreational, interpersonal and communication skills, in daily activities. Ability to work independently in a team environment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs CPR certification required Strong assessment and documentation skills 1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply) Must be reliable, dependable and on time Benefits:
