Professional development and growth opportunities Qualifications and requirements Applicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and current state RN license. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification required. ACLS certification within 90 days of hire. PALS or EMPC required within 90 days of hire.

Handle with Care required within 90 days of hire. 1 year of acute care experience required. 1 year of critical care or emergency department required. Leadership experience preferred.
