As a Registered Nurse with Ochsner's system float pool, you will join a team of passionate caregivers committed to teamwork, innovation and excellent quality care. From the start, you will play a crucial role to proving top-notch care to patients in distress, approaching every encounter with compassion. You will interact with a wide array of patients, so you should be comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds and medical conditions.
Ochsner's system RN Pool gives you the opportunity to float to various units throughout the system based on your individual experience and location preferences!
