Registered Nurse (Rn) Endoscopy

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for an experienced Full-Time Endoscopy Nurse to join its dynamic team. Schedule: Full time: 30hrs per week; 3x10 hour shifts; shifts vary-Weekdays 7a-5.30p; 7.15a-5.45p; and 8a-6.30p with weeknight, weekend and holiday on call required.

We perform over 9,000 procedures annually, implementing many of the latest Endoscopy Technologies. . Job Requirements:

RN with at least 2 years of GI/Endoscopy, Pre-Op, Intra-Op or Post-op experience is highly desired. Requires minimum 1 year OR, Endo, PACU or critical care (ICU/ED) nursing experience Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.

If RN has an Associate Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date. RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN. BLS Healthcare Provider Certification issued by the AHA is required.at hire; ACLS & PALs for Healthcare Provider Certification issued by the AHA to be completed within 90 days of hire Strong verbal and written communication skills.
